Applications for conditional use permits shall be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Administrator not later than 3:00pm the 3rd Wednesday of each month, to allow time for compliance with notification as required and administrative requirements for inclusion, at the earliest, at the following month’s Planning and Zoning Commission hearing.
