Applications for conditional use permits shall be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Administrator not later than 3:00pm the third Wednesday of each month, to allow time for compliance with notification as required, (the mailing and publishing fees to be paid by the applicant), and administrative requirements for inclusion, at the earliest, at the following month’s Planning and Zoning Commission hearing.
